Golden Goddess
For us in Miami, summer is basically here. So it's time to be tanned, bronzed and glowing!
I am going to share my fave summer tips that'll help you be a golden goddess all summer long.

People assume that if you are from Miami, you naturally are always sun kissed, however, that is not the case. I have a secret product that has saved me on many beach days. St. Tropez self-tanner.
It is the best self-tanner I have ever used (believe me I've been through everything). St. Tropez comes in different formulas that are all super comfortable and come out beautifully. Each one comes out an olive-green color so that your tan comes out bronzed and not orange. It is easy to use, cruelty free and gives you the perfect golden, natural tan!

Another great way to get an amazing glow is to use a body illuminator. I use Charlotte Tilbury's Supermodel Body to highlight my chest and add an extra glow to my legs and arms.
Here I am wearing St. Tropez Express Tan and Charlotte Tilbury's Supermodel Body.

You don't have to be tanned to use the product, however, it looks stunning when combined.
There are many other products you can use like Tanya Burr's Body Illuminator.
Lottie Tomlinson uses the IconLondon illuminating drops.

NYX also make one!
One of my fave ways to get the bronzed look is to highlight and contour my collarbones and shoulders.
All you have to do is use a highlighter that has a bronze or orange tint. If you use a pale color your skin can look washed out. When contouring use a color that you would normally contour your face with and brush it in between your bones.

So now you know the three steps to be a golden goddess like the ones below!

March Favorites

March Favorites

Sadly March is coming to an end but that just means it's time for another monthly favorites!

During March we took a visit to The Makeup Club in Hollywood, FL and I picked up some pink Morphe eyeshadows on a whim and now I'm hooked! When added to nude shades they create a beautiful mauve shade or when worn on their own they create an amazing statement look!

Of course Glossier is being mentioned once again! This time I'm head over heels in love with their Boy Brow that helps groom brows to give them that bushy Brooke Shields look. It doesn't feel stiff or flake off like other brow gels I've tried and the applicator is the perfect size to shape your brows into place with!

I've gotten so many compliments on my perfume this month and it's all thanks to Korres and their Amber Pear scent. It came in a set with a body butter and perfume and when layered together they keep you smelling lovely all day long! (Pro tip: I found mine at Marshalls for a fraction of the price)

I've been on the hunt for delicate gold jewelry to add to my earring collection and thanks to Ventrone Chronicles I've found the perfect ones. VC is made up of two sisters in LA and I want everything they create! Their website is filled with dreamy jewelry for a reasonable price and I can't wait to order more from them!

Pictured above I'm wearing their baby continuum gold hoop earrings & un gold hoop earrings

As for an overall brand I've been loving H&M's creations recently. For me, H&M can be hit or miss but on a recent trip I found three pieces that I'm obsessed with:

Black pleated blouse with a high neck
(Looks black but when the light hits the pleats it gleams and glimmers - I don't know how but it's amazing!)

Nude bodysuit
(Saw this on Hailey Baldwin in their ad and for $12 I knew it had to be mine)

Straight Leg Raw Hem Jeans
(Love the raw hem and I can't wait to pair them with black booties to really show it off)

I'm obsessed with Shani Grimmond and her YouTube channel and when she announced that she was collabing with Fox Swim I knew I needed something from the collection! I ordered the Bindi bikini top and Luna bottoms both in Dusty Rose. A lot of the collection is sold out at the moment but when they become available I'm definitely ordering more because the cut and quality of the suit is stunning!

Unfortunately, I slacked off and wasn't able to read that much this month so I don't have a favorite book, but I found something that will help me to stay motivated to read more. This month Emma Roberts launched a book club called Belletrist and the first novel is South and West by Joan Didion. I love Joan and Emma so this combination has me hooked and I can't wait to dive into this book!

Lana Del Rey is back and her first release is a single titled 'Love'.
It's a beautiful song and even the music video will take you on a trip...

I've been following singer/model Cailin Russo for quite some time and she finally released her first single, 'September Rose'. I'm so in love with her soulful voice because it's reminiscent of an Amy Winehouse type of sound.  I can't wait to see all the other songs that she will be releasing in the future.

Cameron Avery released his debut album, 'Ripe Dreams, Pipe Dreams', this month and it's been on repeat ever since! He has an old school sound and such a powerful voice that creates beautiful ballads but also rock-y tunes. My favorites off the album are Big Town Girl, C'est Toi, and Dance With Me.

Miss Alexa Chung makes an appearance in his music video for Dance With Me!

I can't believe it took me this long but I finally decided to watch Sex & The City and I'm so glad I did. I'm obsessed with New York City all over again and thanks to Carrie Bradshaw I have an even bigger desire to purchase designer goods. The writing was so witty and some episodes were all too relatable that I devoured all the seasons in March... Whoops!

Last but certainly not least, I have been loving the Roses candle by Diptyque. I found mine at Space NK in Bloomingdales but they also sell Diptyque in Nordstrom stores. I got the mini but it is still able to fill my entire room with the luxurious scent of rose. Diptyque is known for its ability to burn for hours so I'm sure I'll still be loving this candle for months to come!

Now roll on April... x

The Miami Open

The Miami Open
There are some really cool events that take place in Miami and one of my favorites is the Miami Open.

For those of you who aren't sports fans, The Miami Open is a tennis tournament that is played at Crandon Park in Key Biscayne. They have tournaments like this all over the world like the New York Open and the Australian Open.

This week we were able to attend the beginning rounds of the tournament.
We went to the evening matches to watch the men's singles match between Taylor Fritz (US) and Adam Pavlasek (CZE) and the women's singles match between Monica Puig (PUR) and Sorana Cirstea (ROU).
For the men's match the California native, Taylor Fritz,  won the match and will now move on in the tournament.
For the women's, Miss Cirstea will be continuing in the tournament.

If you are not into tennis, it's still a really fun event to attend because the sport is a fast-paced game. Not only that, but the fashion is amazing.

Nikki wears Victoria Secret Top, Zara Skirt and Shellys London Sandals.
Gabby wears Levi's Jacket, H&M Bodysuit, Zara Shorts.

The female athletes still look so good in their gorgeous tennis skirts and accessories. The audience is dressed to impress and to be honest, the male tennis players are quite a sight as well.

If you ever get the chance to go to a professional tennis tournament def check it out!!
