NYFW Autumn + Winter 2018

New York Fashion Week is coming to a close and it's time to round up my favorite shows from these autumn/winter collections!

This show was titled 'Unbridled' referencing romantic, adventurous equestrians of the Victorian era. I will always have a soft spot for this brand and their feminine designs which they toughened up this season with some MAJOR boots!!

I love how Self-Portrait evolved from a frilly dress brand to a more edgy rock and roll type of brand. The ethereal dresses were paired with checked coats, leather boots, and dramatic sunnies that stole the show.

This presentation was titled 'Royal Bitch', and Rachel found inspiration in portraits of royals pictured alongside their trusty pooches. Velvet, tartan, suiting, and dresses were all seen in this vintage yet modern collection.

I LOVED the show space which was filled with an oasis of pink carnations and mossy turf. The clothes were just as good with a contrast between hardy masculine shapes and feminine frocks.

I'm growing more in love with this brand every season and this show in particular stole my heart. I love the accessories just as much as the clothes themselves!

Loved every look in this collection with the neutrals and the gorgeous terra-cotta shade thrown into the mix. Utilitarian details were spotted with a focus on military style and lingerie.

Sports luxe and work wear were combined with an electric color palette.

Chloe and Parris Gordon named their label Beaufille for its French translation ("handsome girl") referring to the masculine-feminine balance at the heart of their brand. I love the imagery of this collection with back drops that were just as cool as the clothes.

Hope this gave you all some inspo for the upcoming seasons! x
