All Things Pink

All Things Pink

Over the past month I've done a bit of shopping ... and there's one thing in common with most of my new finds... they're all pink.
I found a couple of new pieces from Lux Noire. I've never shopped there before, but after numerous Instagram ads and endorsements from other bloggers I decided to give it a go.
I got this adorable pink work out set and also this wild, patent leather moto skirt.

I've been quite adventurous when it comes to trying out new companies. I recently snagged this adorable swim suit from Lana Swim. It's cute and comfortable --- now I'm summer ready.

Another first, is my purchase of rose water spray and serum from Pearlessence. I haven't been using the serum for too long so I can't say for sure if there's a difference in my skin, but I can say it smells so good and when I wake in the morning my skin is super soft.

After seeing it all over Instagram, I grabbed myself a bottle of the glow recipe water melon moisturizer. And I am obsessed. It's pink, pretty and actually really good! I'm not one to buy things just because of the packaging, but after a lot of research and swatching, I decided to give it a go. It smells like watermelon, but isn't overbearing. Makeup literally glides on after application.

And now to some of my most beloved brands.
I was feeling inspired by Barbie apparently when I bought these two bright pink shadows from Kiko. They are STUNNING. Kiko shadows are so pigmented and cheap! Check them out for yourself.

Probably my favorite purchase of the month was the glossier Lidstar duo. The day it came out I immediately bought it in Cub and Slip. Both are sparkling, pink tones. They are incredibly long-lasting. I can truest attest to it, after wearing slip all day long in the Miami heat. Definitely recommend you try this.

What I Wore In London

What I Wore In London

This week I'm suffering from a sunburn thanks to the Miami heat but just three weeks ago I was wrapped up in layers upon layers in London. I just missed the snow by a few days but it was still quite chilly and windy so my outfits were topped off with scarves, hats, and tights which I never normally get to wear! These outfits kept me nice and warm, so if you're in need of some cold weather outfit inspo I hope this helps!

Don't forget to check out our London travel diary here.

Look One: Chenille sweater from Zara, Leather look jeans from Zara, Topshop boots, Zara purse, hat, and coat.

Look Two: Red sweater from & Other Stories, Leather Skirt from Topshop, Wolford tights, Topshop boots, Zara purse, Vintage camel coat courtesy of Bella!

Look Three: Cream turtleneck from Anthropologie, leather pants from Zara, Oxfords from American Apparel.

For nights out I essentially went with the same look: a little black dress or sweater and skirt combo, tights, and heeled boots with a coat thrown on top. Dress from Asos, Wolford tights, patent boots from Zara, and red lippy in Cruella from Nars.

Miami Open 2018

Miami Open 2018
This past Monday, the Pink Ladies headed to the Miami Open. It's one of my favorite events in Miami, for so many reasons... the food, fashion and of course the matches!
We've been going for the past few years, but this time around we went to the first day of matches.
I really enjoyed watching the qualifying matches because we got to bounce from court to court.
We were stayed all day long and were able to watch about four full matches.
We really enjoyed our day out in the sun. It was one of the first of many fiery days in Miami so we opted for lightweight makeup and summery sundresses.

If you're ever in Miami during the spring, you should definitely try to grab yourself a ticket.
Tennis is such an exciting sport to watch and the surrounding scenery really makes it an experience!
For those of you who won't be able to make it to a match... you can always pretend you're playing center court in these tennis star looks.

Spring Fling

Spring Fling

Happy first day of spring! I love autumn/winter dressing but this season I'm ready to live in crisp white shirts, linen trousers, and layers upon layers of gold jewelry. It's time to swap your sweaters for bikinis and chunky boots for some strappy sandals. I've created a mood board around what I'm planning on wearing for this upcoming spring season and what's inspiring me, hope you enjoy!

I'm obsessed with the Victorian vibes going on with the cut and fit of these blouses.

I will be living in my Glossier skin tint and cloud paints for this upcoming season. I love the barely there makeup trend that is happening at the moment as well as the loose waves that go hand-in-hand with spring/summer.

I used to be a silver girl through and through but as of late gold has stolen my heart. The way gold jewelry looks paired with a sun-kissed tan is just gorgeous.

One-pieces and high cut bikinis are still majorly on trend at the moment. Add linen and crochet pieces to throw on top as a cover up!

Add accessories that look as if you're vacationing in the South of France. Circular straw hats, cat eyed sunnies, and wicker baskets are the key to completing any look.

Lastly, I thought I would throw in a brand that completely epitomizes spring and summer. Their silk dresses come in so many fun colors and styles that it's hard not to throw one on every day.
